Shipping, Payment & Returns

Shipping

All orders withing Greece are shipping via courier service, to your address. The estimated time of arrival is 1-3 days depending on your location. When the order is handed to the courier company, we will send you your tracking code.

Orders to Cyprus are also shipped via courier service.

All orders outside Greece and Cyrpus are shipped via ELTA (Greek Post) and you also receive a tracking code.

All orders have a shipping cost of  5€.

PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are available in our online store:

• Cash on Delivery. There is an extra cost of 3€.
• Bank transfer. The bank transfer must be made within 3 days from the order date, otherwise your order will be canceled. (Διαθέσιμοι λογαριασμοί υπάρχουν στις τράπεζες: Eurobank & Alpha Bank
  
• Paypal

RETURNS

Returns are not possible due to the nature of the product. If there is a problem with the products you have received, please contact us, so we can have them replaced.

Cash refund is NOT an option
